That is fantastic. Donate them if you can. Also contact your local animal shelter. Sometimes they can use old clothing. Don't forget your receipt for a tax deduction!

Yay!!! Good for you, I'm heading home today to spend a rainy afternoon doing the same thing! Smile Kanan - that's a great tip about the animal shelter, I wouldn't have thought of that - especially for clothes that aren't in the greatest shape anymore..

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.

Congrats! Another great charity is Dress For Success - they give low-income women a professional wardrobe for interviews to help them on the career path. They especially need larger sizes.

Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
