How do you change or fix the exercise journal? Anything I have entered on other days seem to keep carrying over. I tried to take off walking for yesterday because I went to the gym and biked. The prompter came up and said to cancel, reduce the time of the exercise i want to take off and the system tells me to "try again" and to enter a time on it.

I want to be as accurate as possible with the exercise. Does anyone know what to do?

Just reduce the unwanted exercises to "O" minutes - that will remove the exercise. If they show up every day by default, you will have to do this step every day. I know it's annoying and I don't know why the system is configured that way but it is.

Agreed that'd be useful, but in the meantime you can create a custom meal/recipe, then add that recipe to your diet calendar and just divide by what you think the portion size is.
