Alright all of my workoutaholic buddies know what i'm talking about and the dilemma i'm in. Should i go workout today? I'm sick with a sinus infection of some sort. My initial reaction is now purely due to the fact that i don't want to pass it out but i feel like a super bum by not going. I'm not coughing or sneezing or even really sniffling too much. Its more like my lungs and i'm a little wheezy. What to do? Sad

STAY HOME! Give your body a chance to fight the infection.

DEFINATELY stay home.... I am only just recovering from a 'chest' issue - and to be honest, I thinki look longer to my recover, by doing a 'spin' session, when I really didn't feel well. I am now trying to 'get back into' it ... Get better soon, missing a few days won't hurt and may do you good. Smile

Stay home... or go for a walk outside if you really want some exercise. I hear it's pretty nice all over the country today. 72 degrees in Denver today!
