I am on a challenge to lose 20 in 60 days while getting 24 women on my Mary Kay team. I have lost 1.5 pounds in the last week without even trying... Anyone offer any solid advise on burning 600 kcals in the gym per day- 5 days a week without getting bored.

sticking to a plan
I think and am living this. You need to a WOR plan that fits your life and exercise that also fits your life. If it doesn't fit your life you won't stick with it.
