I lost 12.4 pounds in September ~ and am very proud of it! I started Zumba, and weight training- this new life style is not so bad after all! I have so much more energy, and confidence! Tomorrow I should be at my 1/2 way mark~ now it's really time to make this my life!

Your diet sounds super extreme. Are you sure you are losing fat and not just water and precious muscle? Doesn't sound like a great idea, but hey if it works for you then go for it.

:) I'm doing weightwatchers but will post progress here. Recording food on fat secrets is more cumbersome than WW, perhaps because I've used WW before.
