Howdy! Good luck in your quest to loosing weight! Also note that if you log your workouts you can't delete any of them. I made a mistake and put in something that I didn't do but it wouldn't let me delete it Sad Also the food log is tedious but it tells you how much you are eating so if you're a binger like me, it really keeps you in check. But I'm one week in and doing okay! Also find something to motivate your weight loss. Mine is I'm going on a trip and want to look good and fit into skinny jeans and not look ... yeah. And I have a biking challenge that will be 100x easier if I was lighter and I want to beat everyone! But find what works for you. Good luck!

The best support for me on this site is get lots of buddies! read journals of your buddies and make connections. I have tons of buddies and appreciate everyone. good luck. I am usually never in this forum, lol.. just getting back to my buddies and journals takes me enough time to get motivated@!

Anna! You can't delete it, but you can reduce the time to 0, which effectively deletes it!

Ive only been on this site for a week but have found it so incredibly helpful ..from the advice Ive read to the great recipes that are on here . It helps me tremendously to read other peoples ideas and learn to apply it to my own weight goals !
