A quick funny-- I posted this here originally and while traveling for work, ran across it printed and posted at a juice bar! That made me smile hugely. Hope everyone is doing great!

Makes me think of my mom and due to her disease she didn't let it get her down. She did exactly what it says and lived the last 5 years of her life probably way better than it would have been had she not done daily exercise and nutrition.
Every time I feel it getting difficult I think of the monstrosity of difficulties she faced on a daily basis! I am weak compared to that.

Salad dressing
Your best bet is to make your own if you can. I haven't been able to find a store bought one without a bunch of sugar and additives, but maybe someone else has.
