I am a 49 year women w HBP and would like your input on what are the daily recommended allowances of Sodium, Fat and Sugar intake re: Low Sodium, Low Sugar and Low Fat intake. This infomation seems to vary a lot. Thanks for your input. HealthyCasting.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
