Started out with the Atkins Diet last year, decided I needed more of a food choice so I joined Weight Watchers. Counting points and carbs not going over 30 carbs a day and W/Watchers 23 Points per day. I am excited due to having more variety of foods. Starting weight 212.04 had a couple cheat days Sad so weight went up a little. Started over again now at 210.6. Very Happy I can do this because I want to live!
Starting Weight 203.8

Adding to Food Diary
When you are on "my Food Diary" - the dinner plate icon, look to the far right - about half way down the page for adding "custom foods". BTW - welcome to Fat Secret!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
