Started out with the Atkins Diet last year, decided I needed more of a food choice so I joined Weight Watchers. Counting points and carbs not going over 30 carbs a day and W/Watchers 23 Points per day. I am excited due to having more variety of foods. Starting weight 212.04 had a couple cheat days
so weight went up a little. Started over again now at 210.6.
I can do this because I want to live!
Starting Weight 203.8
