He ads1599. Why limit it to Weight Watchers? One of the beautiful things about FatSecret is that there are all kinds of weight loss journeys going on here - and we can learn from them all! I'd encourage you to look for buddies EVERYWHERE, and see what unexpected input they might give you.

Ditto KK - not WW but feel free to add me too. I think there are WW groups here too or you can look for others on WW diet and send requests. I know with the points system WW uses you will want buddies who understand the conversions. Good luck!

You lost what?!
80 pounds = the Worlds Largest Ball of Tape 90 pounds = a newborn calf Im in-between these. I have about 15-10 lbs left to lose which will make it just over 100 lbs. lost.
