Just wondering how many points to start with. I have books but I don't know what to start at for points per day...can anyone tell me

Exactly Phil, with regard to avoiding all forms of sugar. Which makes the detox all that much harder! Because that also includes artificial sweeteners...! That first study I linked in the original ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
