Hello Everyone!
I am new to this site and need some help. I am pregnant and following the weight watchers diet. I am wondering if it is three extra points I get a day. Also is there a way to program I am pregnant so I know if my weight is were it should be???

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
