Read Matt. 7-11 for this week! We will be discussing it tonight. Went for a 20 minute walk this morning at 6:00 am.... felt great!

I use digital scales set to lbs and they don't vary by more than a lb or two over the day - I weighed weekly until my weight got close to my goal and now I weight when ever I feel like it! LOL. mostly ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
