My wife and I have used it and have lost over 50lbs each. Shes below 110 and I am 165. I have the info to figure your daily points, we stayed on smart ones meals from Walmart, weighed everyday. And used fatsecret to track our progress. And we rarely exercised! the key for us was weighing and keeping up with what we were eating!!! Good luck and if you need any help just message me.

FatSecret has my RDI set 125 calories higher than my armband pedometer monitor, so FS is a little more generous. Maybe FS wants to make losing weight not as strenuous or less painful. I rarely care about ...

I agree, they are delicious, but delicious makes me eat more than I should. So I just leave them alone.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
04 Jul 13 for diet Weight Watchers
