Why you don't lose weight?
There's nothing in iifym that you should buy. It's merely a calculator...well it was when I last used it It's just a handy way of setting out what you need to do

I was able to create my own recipe once. Now when I try to create one it doesn't register it. Any suggestions.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
