Down a little this week. Still have 26 lbs to get back (yes, I said back) to my goal wt. We have a wedding Fri (reception halls are about 1/2 the price for Fri vs Sat), hope the chicken is baked. lots of salad and veggie trays,maybe then I can have a couple cocktails and enjoy time with family & friends, not that I need alcohol to enjoy their company. hahaha Stay focused. We can do this people!!!!!

Eat Lite

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
