How do I enter meals that I've made myself? Whenever I go in to enter & type in the search section and it comes up with all these choices but those aren't representative of what I've made myself. I'm sure there's a way to do this but hey, I'm new and wanted to get this info in asap. Thanks.

I finally figured out how to add my meal in so it would figure up the calories, etc. but I still can't get it to add this "meal" to my add item section. Any help out there?

Did you try making a new recipe in that section?

You can add it as a custom exercise. That would allow you to enter calories burnt from the screen. However I am not sure I would trust their numbers either. I would rather underestimate calories from ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
