Hi , started WW June 18th at 181.1 Now Aug. 24th 165. 1 am focus to achieve that by Christmas I wgt in at 150 lbs. I am 65 and ready to make a difference for my health .

I'd say relax about the exercise. Exercise is good and will contribute somewhat to your weight loss - but not much. It's harder if you don't exercise but what loses weight is eating less ...
