I have to meet with clients for luncheon meeting, it was in chinnese restaurant, and tried few steam dimsum + cooked vegetables. I took couple of spoon of congee as well. (I didn't count congee in my food record).
With all the traffic, I feel so tired when I get home. I didn't do my cross trainer. hmm.. tomorrow I must.
