Wow I did pretty well today. I just stay at home, clean the house, groceries, and into my cross trainer. I cooked lasagna for my son, he was away for 2 days together with school on leadership camp.. But I didn't eat that lasagna. So far I can control my appetite. Well done girl Exclamation

Gaining Weight
My husband was on the heavy weight training, muscle building/gaining weight program. He used to do pre-workout shake and post work out shake plus one at night!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
