The points it shows are a little bit different than my WW tracker but not too much.

Here is the forum post that talks about it. http://www.fatsecret.com/Community.aspx?pa=fp&m=295323 I too am following the old points system if you decide to add the script just use the one that has the old points I don't remember which it was but it tells you somewhere in the thread which one you need.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
