I always just choose bicycling. The speed I choose is based on how many miles I clocked during my spinning session (the spin bikes at my gym have a device that indicates time elapsed, miles traveled, etc.). Of course, I find that the calories that generates on my app are too good to be true. For example, if I choose "very fast" bicycling, it says I burn more than 750 calories. I doubt I burn that during spin.

Like when I use the treadmill, I walk, jog, run, use the incline, etc. and if I were to just choose 'walking' in the exercise options, obviously the cals wont be correct. I would suggest entering it under 'other' and entering the accurate time and calories that the machine tells you.
