How can you add spinning to the exercise log?

If you know how many calories you have burned you can post it under other in the exercise log.

I always just choose bicycling. The speed I choose is based on how many miles I clocked during my spinning session (the spin bikes at my gym have a device that indicates time elapsed, miles traveled, etc.). Of course, I find that the calories that generates on my app are too good to be true. For example, if I choose "very fast" bicycling, it says I burn more than 750 calories. I doubt I burn that during spin.

Actually, I choose to log all my exercise under "Other" because I don't always trust the app to know how many cals i burned. Ya know? Like when I use the treadmill, I walk, jog, run, use the incline, etc. and if I were to just choose 'walking' in the exercise options, obviously the cals wont be correct. I would suggest entering it under 'other' and entering the accurate time and calories that the machine tells you.

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...
