I found this site awhile ago as a result of searching for people that were successful on Weight Watchers and boy was she! I love her site because even though she lost a lot of her weight on WW, she pays more attention to calories and eating healthy with appreciating the good food that life has to offer too!

Her last post really brings it home and I think it could help those struggling now...
