yeah so... I've been on and off my diet for the last couple months. Any idea to help keep motivated?

I made a morning ritual, where I sat down, and imagined my slimmer self, what I would feel like, what I would wear and so on. Kind of started my breakfast off more motivated and helped me get through the day too.

I have a pair of my old jeans and a picture of myself (during my brief period of skinny days) hung on my closet door, and another skinny me pic taped to the fridge.

I don't know if you've already done this, but write down some small goals. Whether they be weight or otherwise and try to stick to them. I found that last year when I had the goal of losing a few pounds by vacation that I stuck with it, but then after vacation I faltered. So, now I'm back and have set some small goals for myself to keep a date in mind and keep my motivation up. Another goal I've made has to do with the DVD's I workout with. I am using the Insanity DVD's right now and want to be able to do more every week, so that keeps me motivated to work hard. A reward system is also motivating. Being able to buy some new clothes when you reach a goal, or a small kitchen appliance, take a trip, or whatever you want. You've obviously worked to lose the 19 lbs. that show here, so you can do this! Good luck!!
Goal 3: 125 whenever I get there
Goal 2(restart): 130 by May 25th (2013 vacation)
Goal 1: 135 by May 24th (2012)~~~~Accomplished!

I know i get unmotivated when I am too tired, hungry or lonely. Get some rest, eat healthy and hang out with buddies. Good Luck!

I am rewarding myself with a vacation to Hawaii when I lose 50 lbs. it is actually easy to save for this since I am not eating out so much while on the diet. I am so excited to go and imagine the cute new swimsuit I will buy!
I am not losing weight. I am gaining health. Since April 24, 2012:

Swollen ankles???
Yes I get this. The main reasons tend to be sodium intake, lack of water, and hormones. I see from your food log that most days you are over 3000 and somethimes up to 5000mg in sodium. "They" ...

Have you thought of joining an Atkins challenge? You can get as much or as little support there as you want to have. :)
