Smile Well, I am going to do this. Met a friend of mine today for lunch and she looked great! She has inspired me to do this and I am nervous and excited at the same time.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. Hi and welcome - this is my fifth day and it is helping me a lot. This is my first time being able to track my food and exercise, because in the past I got bored with writing it all out and didnt keep it up. Good luck to you.

I am sorry for your experience, but happy for you that you discovered the problem and that you are warning others. Yes, some of these foods are hard on the kidneys. Hang in there and feel better soon.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
