I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. Am I on right track
Hi guys. This is my reading for the day. Fat: 48.78 Carbs: 14.08 Sugar: 4.18, Nett Carbs 9.18 and Protien: 28.21 and Cals: 590. Does this sound right.

Welcome and lots of luck, it's also not really luck, commitment to your plan and follow through. Tweaking wlong the way so you plan and lifestyle will meld into something you can live with not a diet ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
