Today is my first day on my challenge. I hope to meet many new buddies that are on the challenge also. I have been on WW before but just didnot stick with the plan.

Probably lowering your calories by at least 500 a day and eating clean is your best bet.

sticking to a plan
I think and am living this. You need to a WOR plan that fits your life and exercise that also fits your life. If it doesn't fit your life you won't stick with it.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
