Is there another set of scripts for the points plus? I added the one I found and it add points for everything fruit and vegs. It is not helping me much. Thanks in advance for any info.

There's no way for the script to recognize EVERY SINGLE item that would or would not qualify as a zero point veggie - you just have to either add those in manually. When I did points, I created a custom food that had 1 calorie or something like that, and then manually renamed it if I really wanted to be detailed about what kind of veggie I was eating.

Either that or leave them off the food diary and keep a note in your journal each day. Up to you, whichever you like best!

KCal ... Total Cal ... and workout Cal
Can someone explain what KCal means? ... and if I workout ... where do the Net Cal come from and what is minused. Not sure I am figuring things correctly. Any insight to this would be great!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
