Hi guys!

I need some help.

I'm on the milk diet but i'm not sure if its safe.

I've been doing it for a week and lost 2 kilos.
I also dont know where i lost that from- hopefully not muscle Laughing

Basically its a diet based only on milk and fruits, but i have one meal a day since its too much. If i could get any advice on this it would be great.

maybe nobody has added the type of hot dogs you have eaten into the database. If the food is not there you need to add to database then it can be added to your food diary

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
