Weight Watchers and low carb

I've lost weight before on WW but my doctor wants me on a low carb diet..insulin resistant...has anyone combined weight watchers with low carb and if so could you give me a daily sample of day?

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
