Just joined this site. I want to lose 18 pounds. I've got about 15 pounds on my hips alone. Sad

Welcome nurse,Just keep on track with the plan.Remember we all didn't get this way overnight and it takes time.You need to have patience and sometimes alot of it.Smile

yea im still working on healthier choices that i end up enjoying more than "bad" choices. they exist for everyone, just finding them through trial and error without succumbing to bad habits. ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
