Add pure calories to food diary
Mummydee, I'm not sure everyone has that option. I have never found it. everything has to go into my cookbook or just find something similar with the same calories.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
