i really hope everyone checks this website out...particularly the write-up at the link below given to me by my is the reason i have changed my diet....i have been diagnosed this week with everything in this write-up..of not putting this out there to make anyone assume they should follow my steps...but even with my career training..i wouldve never put some things together had it not been for this information and i just want to put it out there for personally may not relate to this article, but im sure you know someone who might....its scary but interesting. i just want to give a holler out to all my buddies...been busy lately and not able to write everyone back....but yall are freakin awesome!...good luck to ya and keep on track!!!

Any activity trackers that sync with FatSecret?
I'm debating on buying a FitBit Charge HR or a Jawbone Up3. I wish there was a tracker which would feed the activity to my FatSecret.

I've been making entries to weight on a weekly schedule and I have missed some. However, the last oh 4-6 entries are not showing up. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am going to try and enter them ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
