Good morning all. I am starting over yet again on the WW points plan. I was just wondering if anyone else has had multiple trys before they were successful? I have signed up 4 times, and lost 20lbs one time but had a hard time sticking with it....Any advise would help. I am doing the meetings this time with a buddy so I hope that helps....

I've not tried it multiple times, but I think going to the meetings are key. I feel the accountability of weighing in help keep me on plan. Good luck to you!! You can do this!!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
