Good morning all. I am starting over yet again on the WW points plan. I was just wondering if anyone else has had multiple trys before they were successful? I have signed up 4 times, and lost 20lbs one time but had a hard time sticking with it....Any advise would help. I am doing the meetings this time with a buddy so I hope that helps....

Mix feelings
Keep yourself busy so that you don't have time for a snack. If you really just want to eat something sweet or salty you can, but only in small amounts. Just think how bad you would feel afterwards ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
