yea. if you eat a ton of low calorie foods like raw fruits and veggie (or cooked, even) and beans and tofu you can fill up pretty good! What kind of diet are you on?

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
