I much prefer the core programme, once you get used to what you can and can't have it is much more of a lifestyle type diet. That little book they give you is a godsend.

Hey. My mum told me a few recipes of snacks and now my favourite one are honey with nuts, greek yogurt with brown bread toasts and baked appales with cinnamon. Try! It does help!
