Core programme

Is there anyone out there doing the core programme and let me know how it is going. I am frightened to trust myself and go on this programme as the restrictions are not rigid. Let me know if there is anyone doint this.

I much prefer the core programme, once you get used to what you can and can't have it is much more of a lifestyle type diet. That little book they give you is a godsend.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
