Why does the ratio pie chart show fat so much higher even though I ate a lot more protein than fat?

snack vs meal
I would say it depends on what you snack on. If you skip a good nutritious meal and then snack on junk with extra sugars it could stall you. Basically it's the total calorie consumption in a day ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
