The one negative thing I have to say about weight watchers is that it focus on weight alone....without accounting for muscle gain. I've been working really hard by running and eating better...however, I weigh more now than ever. I can tell my legs and mid section has lost, but the scale is not accounting for that. This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
