Sometimes it just takes some time for the weight to shift.For your body to recognise that this is a change and it needs to work with it.How long have you been doing this? Good luck

Eating healthy, taking EHT Brain supplement mimiayer.nerium.ca if you want to check it out. Eating more calories and started Protein Shakes. Let's see what happens - trying very hard to eat properly ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
