I haven't made this since I started so I don't know the points value, but if you use the right stuff I think it would be ok.
Also, this isn't an exact recipe- I just kind of throw everything in (not really measured) and let it cook all day.

Cut up chicken breast (bite-size)
Bag of frozen mixed veggies (I like peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
Can of low-fat cream of chicken
Can of potato soup (don't know if they have low-fat)

Cook all day (6-8 hrs). If it's too thick for you add some chicken broth. It comes out like a chicken pot pie without a crust. Or you could probably leave the chicken breasts whole and serve it as chicken with a chunky gravy.

Again, you'd have to check for points value, I haven't made it since starting WW so I'm not sure.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
