Just 5, but know there are more. Will think of them lying in bed tonight. :~)

1. For my self.
2. Relieve the pain in my back and joints and to prevent further surgeries.
3. To wear pretty clothes again. Not the pants/slacks that are baggy in the hiney and legs. Form fitting slacks. Bagless sweaters. Tired of my spare tire showing when I wear a fitted sweater or shirt.
4. To be able to take care of hubby who has MS and not having to worry about my health.
5. To live longer. I ain't dead and have no plans on encouraging a trip to the afterlife in the very near future.

My 10 reasons for losing weight is as follows:
1. To feel better, no pain, no aches.
2. To Look better for me.
3. To wear those clothes that I have hidden away, from when I was smaller, so
many years ago.
4. To become more healthy.
5. So Hubby will look at me like he did so many years ago.
6. So I can live a long and fruitful life.
7. So I may be better able to do all my exercises and Yoga poses without
feeling so worn out when I am done.
8. So other men will also look at me like they used to when I was younger.
9. To be more active daily, not just doing Yoga and Exercises, but to be

10. To better like me and feel like I have finally succeeded at doing
something for ME.

They may sound a lot like I am being selfish, but this is really all
about me this time.
