Cravings for sweet treats?

I have been using Rapid Loss Meal Replacement Shakes and they taste great and seem to be working.

But I have noticed a few people on this site saying the crave sugar. Well I tried today the Rapid Loss Double Choc Snack bar. They are very tasty, don't taste at all like a healthy treat, full of protein and keeps you going between meals without affecting our weight loss goals.

One 44g bar =

139 Calories
12.4g Protein
3.8g Fat
12.8g Carbs
5.5g Fibre
Start weight 20/04/2013 = 240kg Goal weight 120kg (total loss 120kg)

It won't happen over night, but if you don't give up it WILL happen.

They sound yummy, but I can't find a place to buy them in the U.S. other than ebay and I'm not willing to buy food from ebay.

When I'm craving sweet, I usually have a Kind bar, which has more calories, and less protein than the ones you have, but they do the job. Maybe they'll start selling yours in the U.S.!

Weight loss since starting.
:d I have lost 5 pounds since starting a week ago. I know I can't keep that amount of weight loss but it's a good start. I'll be happhy if I can lose 2 pounds a week.
