This week I did 2 hours of cardio kick, 1 hour of Zumba, attempted jogging total of 5 miles, plus strength training....and I've lost not even one ounce...how is that even possible?! I've been following my diet...I just don't get it!

Stick with it your doing awesome on the exercise. A lot of weight loss starts with nutrition. What dose your meal plan look like?

Meal plan right now is usually oatmeal for breakfast, chef salad with no dressing for lunch, some type of meat and veggies for dinner, no eating after 8pm and lots of water! Although I do drink 2 diet cokes a day.

What it all boils down to is water retention from doing a new workout or pushing our muscles further than normal.
If you can spend years beating yourself up mentally and remain standing, you can HANDLE a few muscle cramps and cravings. A little pain has NOTHING on feeling insecure. Remember that next time you wanna quit. You can do this!

I was stalled 3 weeks - no loss - although easily 30k (total) Cal deficit and treadmill 2X a day. I skipped 1 day and dropped 5lbs overnight. Weird. If I skip the rest of the month I'll reach goal! (Kidding!)
I'm not losing WEIGHT. I'm converting FAT to MUSCLE to be healthier.

Try to track fat %, measures with a tape and calorie deficits instead without looking at the scale too often. If you are tracking your activities/intake correctly the result will come without doubt.
Checking the scale too often is one of the biggest mistakes I can think of when trying to acquire a new lifestyle

When I get a sweet tooth I eat 2 Tbs of peanut butter...only 7 gms of carbs. It really works because the peanut butter is thick and rich and you can savor the sweetness for a long time.
