Everybody's different! Don't let anybody else's workouts make you feel like yours are inferior. It's a step in the right direction, and that's what counts! It's great that you did a good chunk of stretching after your cardio, but remember to stretch that lower body too! What part of you is the most sore?
I would say that anyone who dives into a workout program for the first time (even a "regular exerciser" that took a break for a few weeks) is going to experience some muscle soreness. As long as it's just soreness and not "actual pain," it should go away in 24-48 hours - keep up the good work!
Just remember, if you keep going, the soreness will subside and you can keep working out. If you stop, you will just have to go through the soreness all over again when you decide to start again.
Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.
