My wife and I have used it and have lost over 50lbs each. Shes below 110 and I am 165. I have the info to figure your daily points, we stayed on smart ones meals from Walmart, weighed everyday. And used fatsecret to track our progress. And we rarely exercised! the key for us was weighing and keeping up with what we were eating!!! Good luck and if you need any help just message me.

Have you thought of joining an Atkins challenge? You can get as much or as little support there as you want to have. :)
