I am trying to find that out too. Have you figured it out yet? Please let me know if you have.

Click on the challenge and then on the right hand corner there is a box and one of the options is to leave the challenge. This will help you clean up your old challenges.
** Goal 1- 20 pounds
** Goal 2- get back down to wearing size 16 jeans
** Goal 3- normal blood pressure
** Goal 4- well below "One" Derland

Blessings,
Sherill

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
