Have you got a Physio who can advise on the best exercise program to suit you. I have injuries that effect how much or what exercise i can do so i see a Physio and also do yoga. I still wake up in pain and stiff but its getting easier. Good luck with it

No I haven't but I will talk to my Dr. about it! Thanks! She has sent me to a Yoga class in the past but my insurance won't pay for it anymore.
