-Spartan Sprint….
I have decided to do the Spartan Sprint in April. This was just the kick in the ass I needed to really get motivated. I am so excited about this because it will be the most extreme thing I have done and I am very extreme. I will be documenting my training progress on here and give some update photos. I was in the process of losing weight, I have about 50 pounds to lose, I believe that the extreme training needed for this race will help me lose the weight. Man this is going to be so damn awesome! I am over the moon right now! I pray that feeling last throughout!

Legs and Thighs
Have you found the exercise Brazil butt lift? I would like to gain tone but not build heavy, thick looking legs. Is this possible? Also need suggestions for upper body with the same philosophy.
