Need Motivation

I have been in that rut too. I had a HARD time getting going after my surgery. I started up SO MANY TIMES! This time, though, I have found a new motivator - I'm trying out something new and exciting, and it peaks my interest! So I am going, have been going for weeks and I haven't felt this good for ages! I hope you find the thing that makes it worth your while - and then move on it. Smile

From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, and living healthy. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier!

Thanks for all the encouragement! It is needed. I did make myself jog 3 miles after work yesterday so I feel good about that. It didn't help that our custodian brought snacks and wanted to make sure I got something before it all got gone. I felt obligated so I indulged. That's why I made myself jog. Thanks again for the encouragement. I am new to posting so bare with me Smile

Welcome. I found FS in Oct12 and it's been a wonderful home to me ever since. There is a wealth of much inspiration and encouragement here.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
