You can find calculators that give you your calorie expenditure per activity, or you can select higher activity level in regular calculator. FatSecret allows you to select activity in daily log or you can google to find another one. The problem is that all these calculators are not very accurate and most will give you different numbers. Unless you wear a body bug or have it measured by a specialist you cannot really rely on the number. If you calculated your numbers and do not lose weight, try to increase the deficit until you do.
