I've been to a couple of websites in order to calculate how many calories I should be eating in order to lose weight, but I can't find one that tells you how many calories you can increase to if you are working out. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can find calculators that give you your calorie expenditure per activity, or you can select higher activity level in regular calculator. FatSecret allows you to select activity in daily log or you can google to find another one. The problem is that all these calculators are not very accurate and most will give you different numbers. Unless you wear a body bug or have it measured by a specialist you cannot really rely on the number. If you calculated your numbers and do not lose weight, try to increase the deficit until you do.

I learned a lot about how to adjust calorie count in the diet solution program. There's actually a whole chapter dedicated to it. It really helped clarify for me what works and what doesn't in the fitness, I'd suggest you check it out in this review: http://fantasticfitnessreviews.com/the-diet-solution-program-review/

Addicted to Coffee with creamer every morning!
I figure one addiction at a time. Creamers are a small deal, so don't get rid of them until you food addiction is under control. Just don't add a third real addiction such as sugar.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
