I don't know if it calculates/adds them up for you, I think you need to use the points plus calculator and add them in. I've done weight watchers for the past 18-24 months. I found it difficult to stay motivated or inspired with the leader, so I dropped the program and just did it at home...not the easiest task. If you're needing support or a recipe--give a shout! Eventhough I met my goal, i try to keep a daily count of what i eat so I dont over do it and gain back any weight. Good luck to you. If you have any questions, or support im here for you.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
