Does anyone know if you can edit or change a weigh in entry from a previous day?

If you go to My Weight History and on the right hand side there is a title that says either edit or enter historical weight and it will let you change the weight of a particular day. Hope this helps.

Go to "my account". Scroll down, you can change whatever you would like. Any problems, let me know.

Woo hoo! 40 minute brisk walk two days in a row! Hope the weather cooperates. Fresh air is so much better than a DVD. Hope everyone is doing well.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
