Hey everyone, im all new here and would like to start the paleo diet. Can someone please explain the diet for me? All I know is that you have to cut out all grains and dairy..what about quantity? How many grams\oz can i eat of meat?

Hi Dorva,
pretty much you eat what you want, within the guidelines of the diet. There books out there that are great, good recipes too. My son eats this way, and he's doing great. He says he just feels better. Try the http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101 of the Primal Blueprint to start. It has lots of good information. Good luck
