Holy cow is grilled pinapple delicious!!!! Grilled a small pork chop seasoned with hoisin sauce and grilled sliced pinapple. Ate them together and WOW it was better than teriaki and much less calories, plus the addition of fruit! Paired with salad, this is a very delicious dinner!

Water
I put a pitcher of water in the fridge and make sure I drink it all in a day. Also I make sure I drink water before I eat breakfast and before going to sleep.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
